PBS Wisconsin The Wisconsin Gardner host, Shelley Ryan, interviews USDA’s Dr. John Bamburg, to discuss the diverse potato varieties in the world’s largest potato genebank in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Dr. Bamburg discusses how they conserve potato and shows some of the potato wild relatives conserved for their nutritional and otherwise beneficial traits.
